Before anything can shift, you have to get honest about what's really going on underneath. Not the story you've been telling yourself. Not the surface-level symptoms. The actual pattern, where it lives in your body, when it fires, what it's been protecting you from.

Using somatic and embodiment techniques developed from over 20 years of study and my own healing journey, we go into the body and complete what was never finished. The survival energy that got stuck. The emotions that never got to move. The identity that formed in protection and never got to soften. When that releases... really releases, you don't just feel better. You become different.
